About Vote With Your Purse

WCF Foundation works toward the day when women understand that electoral contributions are a critical part of political participation and achieving political power – and give accordingly. The Vote With Your Purse project aims to grow women’s political giving so that their political will is fully reflected.

Vote With Your Purse consists of an online resource center that profiles 10 of the most important Web 2.0 tools for fundraising from women online, as well as nationally acclaimed research on women and
political giving.

Our recent research, Vote With Your Purse 2.0: Women’s Online Giving, Offline Power, reflects our continued commitment to increasing women’s political might in the donating community.  We examine the Internet as the revolutionary force in political giving, and provide the first definitive study of women online donors, their patterns of political engagement, their use of Web tools and what motivates them to give online.
